Mixed Use Development Project at Airport Road

Brief Description

Sheikh   Abdullah   Bin  Abdulrahman   Bin   Seoud   Al  Thani awarded JTC to construct the Airport Mixed Use Development Project,   a  multi – use   iconic   development    consisting    of   two   seven   storey  blocks  for different use; a Five star hotel, Retail  shopping center, and Office  spaces. The development shall  have  three  basement  floors,  ground  floor, mezzanine  floor,   and    seven  upper  floors,  with  a  total  build-up  area (BUA) of 110,765 m².

The site is located in the Najma district of Doha, less than 1.5 km  to the north  of the primary entrance to Doha International Airport    (DIA)    a    9km   drive   west   of   the   new  Hamad International  Airport   project is  aiming  to achieve the GORD (QSAS) requirements of 2-star rating.

JTC  has  commenced the work  from 20 December 2016 and  it  will  be  named  Site  311  under  the management of  Engr. Adnan Dweik as Project Manager.
