Brief Description

The works comprise the design, construction and commissioning of the Bin Al Sheikh Towers, 91,697.80m2 Built Up Area. The Works shall include all construction and fit-out elements required for a fully functional and fit for purpose Apartment Building including but not limited to:

• All architectural fit-out works including, interior finishes, Millworks and the like
• Civil / Structural works
• Lifts and Escalators
• Building envelope and façade
• Building Maintenance Unit (BMU)
• Roofing Systems and Skylight Domes
• Mechanical works / air-conditioning and ventilation
• HV, LV & ELV Electrical supply and distribution
• Earthing and Lightning Protection
• Voice and Data Installations
• Access Control systems
• Security and Surveillance systems installation (CCTV)
• Guest Room management systems
• Lighting & special lighting fixtures
• Potable water supply
• Plumbing Works
• Toilet & Bathroom installations
• External & Internal walls and partitions
• External & Internal Doors and Window
