RENOVATION ALONG WITH CONVERSION OF 30 UNITS 3-BEDROOM APRTMENTS INTO 60 UNITS OF 1-BEDROOM APARTMENTS AND FAÇADE REPLACEMENT. 45,124m2 Built Up Area.

The Scope of Works in this contract comprises, but is not limited to, the following: –

General Description of the Work

A. Replacement of building facade (curtain wall, cladding & louvre) and main entrance canopy

B. Addition and alteration to existing MEP system

C. Addition and alteration to existing apartments guestroom floors

D. Addition and alteration to roof, basement, ground and first floors

E. All necessary interfacing works between construction phases and the existing buildings/structures and MEP system

F. Works at areas not listed above (or out w~h phasing) shall follow requirements listed under Works Outside Works Area
